The global pandemic has been extremely isolating — it has kept us indoors, alone and glued to our computer screens. Ellen Reid SOUNDWALK was designed to get us safely out of the house and into green space. It promotes an active lifestyle, and was crafted to encourage self-care, mindfulness, and joyful artistic connection.

About Mindscapes
Mindscapes is an international cultural program about mental health, developed by Wellcome.

It aims to support a transformation in how we understand, address and talk about mental health by inspiring relevant and meaningful conversations that seek out a diversity of experience and place. Major collaborations are staged in Bengaluru, Berlin, New York and Tokyo with satellite partnerships in other locations. By telling different stories and building shared narratives, we believe a cultural approach can contribute to a better and broader understanding of mental health.
